As we have always led the market, we aim to take on new challenges once again.

Now, when everyone is facing difficulties, it is time to broaden our horizons beyond Korea and prepare for the future in a new environment. The actions and direction for the future should target not only Korea but also the global market. We need to focus on Korea within the global context and attract international attention towards it.

INTERCOM aims to move beyond simply carrying out tasks in the MICE industry, where we have thrived for the past 40 years. We aspire to create something from what is given, to concentrate on the future rather than just manage the past and present, and to connect with a new world across borders.

We aim for <Xesange Creative Lab> to take on this role as we step into a transformative journey.

The meaning of “Xesange” is expressed when one exclaims, “Oh my goodness! (Xesange na in Korean)”. It also signifies “Xesange (in the world)” “na (me)“, my existence in the world.

The “X” in Xesange represents the collaboration of eXpand, eXcellent, and eXperience, as well as the idea of going beyond something.
As we have shown people the various attempts and new trends in the MICE industry over the past 40 years,
we hope that INTERCOM will embrace a new future through further discoveries and transformations.
